Great place for a break, rooms where spotless and clean,with everything you would have needed in it . Free wifi ,iron,trouser press,bath robes,fridge ,more like a five star hotel ,breakfast was again super with a long menu to choose from ,the owners really go out of their way to help you and make you feel at home ,can't wait to go back !!!!! -

The room we stayed in was very modern and comfortable. Very good base to tour the giants causeway, Carrick-a-reid bridge, bushmills distillery and Portrush golf.

the centre. We were staying for the Ice hockey, which was a 15 minite
walk away, Titanic was a bit longer but still walkable. There was a good

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere was brilliant, we had a fantastic time. The crack was great in the bar when we returned for the Darts venue. My son aged 11 really enjoyed the atmosphere in the bar and he was made feel welcome to sit in the bar while we enjoyed a few drinks.I would highly recommend the Premier Inn to anyone staying in Belfast, very central to all hot spots.

Room was spacious and very comfy. Slept like a log with no noise at all seeing as in the town centre. Quick walk to the centre and close to the river and the attractions in titanic quarter.

Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. Tthe signage to the Titanic Quarter was excellent.The carpark arrangements were perfect.We had a double room and a family room,both spacious and comfortable.We visited the Titanic and did a city tour the first day, paid for tour thro' the hotel and picked up at the hotel.We went to see a film at the Odessey that evening, only a few mins.walk from

The location to the Odssey Arena is excellent. It is quite reasonable to get a taxi from the Europa Bus station to the hotel for £5.00, however there is a bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. The facilities are basic but adequate. They have tea/ coffee making facility. Hairdryer. The bathroom has pump soap dispensers so if you need shower caps etc you might be better taking them with you.

Very friendly staff at reception, made us feel very welcome, in fact we this was a common thing we found in Belfast. Had a meal in RGB restaurant and it was excellent. Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. Helpful staff. Very clean apartment with all facilities. Milk, bread and cereals were provided on arrival very thoughtful. Great location within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and pubs. Will definitely recommend to others.
