  Absolutely everything! I am a travel agent in Ireland, so I know what to expect and was not expecting a lot from a hostel. However, the reviews looked good and price was great. I was so impressed by the staff, the provision of towels, the location and most of all by the apartment that we stayed in. Had great location and they even let us check out... ce que les gens disent » late as they didn't have a booking the next day. - All the staff is very kind and efficient. In Sleepzone, they can show you what to do in the city, recommend restaurants and pubs and sell you guided tours to other places nearby Galway. Besides, the common areas are very clean and organized, specially the kitchen. A very simple breakfast (bread, jam and juice/coffee) is included, but it was more than enough for us.
