Great value for money & a fabulous location close to bars, restaurants & shops, a basic apartment but very comfortable & clean with everything you could need inside it. Ideal for groups of friends of all ages with a great pub downstairs at Oliver St John Gogarty's!

This is a great hotel to stay with friendly and extremely helpful
reception staff. Rooms spacious, clean & huge comfortable bed. Hotel
is located close to Christchurch Cathedral (I think) & close to
Temple Bar-this is an area with pubs, cafes & cultural aspect, 3 min

would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. -
Fantastic location, very close to the Temple Bar area of London, one
block off a major street and the river, yet tucked back on a side street
where there is little noise. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate
any requests, from an early breakfast to holding over luggage. Morning
breakfast very good. Location less than a block for bus connections both
within Dublin and to sites outside the city. Within easy walking to St.
Patricks Cathedral, City Hall, Trinity University.

We loved the Dublin 1 Apartments! It was right around the corner walking
to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and
felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and
made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything!
Including shopping and flying tips for Ryan Air. They even ke

and we so appreciated all they did for us. We will definitely stay -
Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

Really good location to walk to everything in Dublin City Center and
just far enough away to avoid most of the late night "pub

Splendid apartment, location great and in pristine condition throughout. Receptionist excellent - even offered to bring me to the Apartment as the registration and key collection is done in a different location - 5/7 minute walk but weather dependent.

They let us check in early and were very friendly. The two-bedroom was plenty of space for a group of 2 couples. The location is right by the shopping area and a short walk to Temple Bar, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Daily housekeeping brought fresh towels, which was unexpected. Appartement neuf, très bien situé pas très loin de temple bar et ducentre ville ( possibilité de tout faire à pied ) - Personnel très disponible, appartement très spacieux voire même luxueux,très bien situé dans la ville... Parfait!
