  I thought that the hotels public areas were very classy. The staff were exceedingly cheerful and helpful. The food was excellent in my opinion the best hotel food that I have had in any 4 star hotel. The individually cooked breakfast was a real bonus. So much better that the self service offered at mosy hotels of this standard. The bedroom was... ce que les gens disent » very comfortable. a superb hotel - From the moment we checked ,until moment we left we found all the staffto be friendly,helpful and efficient.room was lovely with greatview,outdoor hot tub was heaven,i had a 2.5 hour treatment booked for myday of checkout,hotel provided us with a late checkout to accommadateit,unfortunately I became ill and couldnt avail of it,however staff atspa were great.will definately be back
