  Very friendly welcome including an Irish Coffee in the guests' lounge. Wonderful hosts, who were keen to offer any advice on local facilities. Views across Bantry Bay are stunning. Room was clean, tastefully fitted & spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. Parking facilities are great. Highly recommended. - Josephine and Barry went out of their way to make sure that we were well taken care of and even gave us a ride to Ewe Garden - a very unique place! - because we were without a car and it was my birthday! They were extremely helpful and solicitous without being intrusive, so we had a good balance of their welcome suggestions and our privacy. I highly recommend Edencrest!!

  Un lieu extraordinaire.... Des gens sympathiques dans une demeure incroyable... La visite des jardins après la fermeture vaut le détour à elle seule, et que dire de l'accès à la bibliothèque ! Mon hôtel favori en Irlande - What a spectacular place! The rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fabulous breakfast ... ce que les gens disent » each morning. Anyone who appreciates the outdoors and plants will really like the excellent views from the house and formal gardens. Having access to the library in the main house, as well as the honor bar nearby, was such a treat. Sophie was a gracious host and so welcoming. If you get a chance, make sure to take the formal tour of the main house. Of our 2 weeks in the u - Everything! The rooms were very well designed, chic and with all the modern facilities we expect but very respectful of the stately home context. Being welcomed by Sophie was a lovely personal topuch, much appreciated. Having free access to the gardens and house was a plus. To be fair there was nothing I didn't like and can't wait to return.
