We likes everything about this hotel. From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.

daughter.my first trip into Madurai .she fell sick. The staff and

Beautiful, spacious and clean swimming pool. Friendly and smart staff. Tasty and multiciusine breakfast. Large territory with beautiful plants that are thouroughly looked after. The rooms are equiped with any kind of items one may need, including iron and various toiletries. The hotel has its own water rescue team on a day-time duty. -

Design, very gentle and friendly staff, modern hotel and very comfortable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The top roof restaurant with its city view is really super.
