A perfect homely environment. Rooms are sufficiently big, balcony is
open, airy and gives a comfortable space to sit. Staff is friendly and
helpful. Owner is a well read person who can help you with directions,
reaching places etc. He mixed up well with the guests and had breakfast
with us, clarified our doubts. Since he stays in the hotel and eats with
the guests, he supervises & control the quality service right on the
spot. Breakfast was good with Indian dishes. A total family environmen

Staff were very polite and helpful but in the main with limited English. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room service food was excellent and great value. The staff are excellent at this hotel, offering help and going out their way to help seemed like second nature. Located in Coonaught Place, it is in central Delhi and near the metro and all the shopping. Rooms are great, clean and comfortable, good wifi and a wide selection of English TV channels.
Don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel as the hotel shares the building with other businesses.

We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra day. We stayed in more than 8 hotels in India. This was our favorite, and also by far the least expensive. It had everything needed in the roo, including pillow top queen. The hotel was great. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with tennis courts, golf course (9 holes), and a swimming pool. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room very nice, was clean, and the food was absolutely great. Excellently priced (60-100 euro) and situated close to the airport (pick up service provided) this makes it an ideal landing point after a long trip to Delhi.

The staff at the hotel was very very friendly, Especially Mr. Vinodh and Mr. Sunil. We had an electrical problem in our room alone, suddenly at midnight 12. We complained it and the staff immediately responded and tried to repair it. But since they couldn't do it immediately they gave us another room to stay until that was repaired. The immediate response and the importance given for the customers impressed us. Surely a budget-friendly, luxurious hotel. I would surely suggest this hotel for any

I stayed at Shanti home twice, once at the beginning and once at the end
of my India trip. It is a little way from the city centre, which is nice
as a bit quieter and anyway only 3 minutes from the metro. It is a
lovely, spotlessly clean place and the staff go out of their way to make
you welcome. The food is their rooftop restaurant was some of the best I
had in India and anytime I return to Delhi I will always stay here.

Location was great but get prepaid cab from airport to avoid being ripped off. Staff were good. Very clean hotel. Food was nice. Buffet breakfast is superb but note it opens 730 so bit rough when included but have morning flight. Sandwich offered instead. -
