  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. None of them lingered around us for tips and were genuinely ready to render help (carry our bags, help my elderly father who came to visit, getting us an auto at 5am etc). We were very impressed with Somerset Greenways that we have already recommended the place to many friends and family. We also felt r - Excellent service, very friendly staff eager to help and provide everything that's needed - often went out of their way to cater to any requests. Car is readily available 24/7 for travel and is in good condition. Wifi access throughout the hotel, and good breakfast options. Great rooftop infinity pool, very functional gym with better than average machines. Rooms were very large and comfortable with excellent balconies

  I liked the care the staff took in making my stay comfortable. All were friendly and helpful. With kind regards, Uwe Gustafsson - I liked the ambiance as well as the staff. Location was good, staff courteous, rooms clean with all amenities.
