  The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was of the highest standard and the large balcony with a lake view was a big bonus! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.   This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money. The villa is a 10-minute walk down to the lakeside and the walk itself is very pleasant. The owners were delightful, friendly but also knew to leave us to do our own thing. They were also very accommodating in terms of any requests we had.   It rarely happens when I have no complaints about the hotel. This time everything was on the expected level, everything works,the hotel is clean, elegant, pleasant, every detail is considered. And the location is very good, it is on the main street, near the park but at the same time the surroundings are not noisy and crowded.   The location was perfect for walking to the city and old town. The spa area was lovely. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were a bit small, but acceptable. The shower was tiny. Some rooms had balconies. Breakfast and dinner were both very good.   It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time.   It’s a brand-new hotel and located near the main sights e.g. to the castle. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the castle. Plus it gives free WI-FI internet and private parking place direct at the hotel. The restaurant offers a wide selection of meals and has home-made beers, which were delicious! Bike riding great to get around faster.
