  I loved everything about the Opera Gardens Hotel. When I approached the front door it opened automatically and as I turned toward the front desk, this charming, helpful, and professional young man came out from an office door to great me. Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room. Rooms were lovely and spacious.   We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons. The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.   We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we arrived at 2 in the afternoon! The flat was very open and spacious, dec - The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on some bookings.

Within 15 minutes (8 stops from Deak Ter) with the metro line (the station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel inside a Media Markt Shopping Mall). We recommend this hotel.
