  Judit, who checked me in, was very generous with city information, suggestions and directions. She should be commended. The staff in general are all attentive and client oriented. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive and tasty. - It was fabulous! We really enjoyed ourseves. The hotel is really stylish.

  The hotel was very elegant and well presented with a very impressive lobby. The concierge service was excellent, helped us book tickets for a boat cruise and recommended a restaurant that was excellent. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable. Very highly recommended. - The second time we stayed here and it was just as excellent. A stunning design hotel with a special feel.   The Location was great in the centre of the city. View Minutes walk to the Danube river, Basilika Church and Parliament. 7 Minutes Walk to the Opera. Bathroom is very nice and comfortable. Bed is really big and nice. Good location in the center.I liked the attitude. Very willing and attentive stuff.
