La chambre était superbe, grande, propre, par rapport au prix, on pourrait s'attendre à moins bien. Rapport qualité/prix = excellent. Et le petit déjeuner servi en chambre, c'est génial. Everything was great! Location just of Andrassy street with alot of shopping and café's and restaurants. Also alot of really amazing restaurants just around the corner at the square List Ferenc (not sure of the name) Reza was an incredibly nice host and gave us tips on where to go and what to see. He even gave us a lift to the central market hall.

Honesty of the owner and the level of commitment that he has to provide
the best service for us was amazing!!! The system overbooked and even
though this was not the fault of Luxury Downtown Apartments, the owners
integrity was transparent in calling us in person to provide a solution
was the most anyone has ever done to provide a service over and beyond

The location of the hotel is just perfect - it is one block away from
Hero Square and the metro station that takes you directly to the city
centre. The room was spacious and with a really nice design, the bed was
comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and had a nice smell. The
bathroom was very nice as well, with a big shower. We parked the car on
the pavement in the street near the hotel, which was for free (at least
during weekend), so we didn't have any expenses with the parking.

It was a great stay in Budapest - the hotel was absolutely great (from
the large rooms to the spa) and I've found the staff very helpful
(unlike a few other reviews I've read). The apartments are very well
equipped and clean. Since it's located in the heart of Budapest
there's a lot of things to do near the hotel and the closest metro
station is a few hundred meters away.

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.

We had a four bedroom apartment and it worked out great!! It had two
bathrooms and we were all very comfortable. Also, when we did have some
problems with our apartment (I.E. shower drain not working, toilet
dripping and causing the floor to be wet), staff were very helpful. The
staff were great!! Overall, we had a very positive experience.
