Yiannis, the owner, was very friendly,helpful and ready to attend all
our needs. Ask him anything you want and he will provide it. The
breakfast was just amazing. We could not eat all that was available to
us. Almost everything was home made. We were surprised when we were
about to go, he gave us plenty of herbs freshly cut from his garden and
a complementary bottle of fresh cow's milk. We would recommend it to
anyone who is willing to experience Greek hospitality at its best:)

I liked everything. Good attitude of owners. Enormous breakfast. Orange
juice almost directly from the tree. The view. Furniture and climate
control and everything else. Atmosphere related to closeness of
Epidavros Ancient site. The surroundings may not be the best. Yialasi is
like a pearl in the middle of nowhere. If you really have to stay at
Epidavros choose Yialasi!

The medieval aura that was surrounding the hotel was truly amazing.
At the same time, the feel of luxury and hospitality was there
throughout our stay, from the minor details in the room, up to the

The Mani Peninsula is rural and beautiful and well away from the normal holiday locations. Citta dei Nicliani is an enchanting retreat run by one caring family who really do understand the meaning of making the stay memorable. I loved the way original things from this beautiful traditional stone farmhouse were displayed around the house - the old iron cooking-pot, the hay-rake and the original carved shutters. There are flowers everywhere, jasmine on the terrace and lots of butterflies - 27C at the end of October is hard to beat!

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in all respects. There is a good beach right in front of the hotel so actually no need to use the pool which was also nice. We stayed 2 nights and as we were travelling quite a bit during the day (do go to Mystras), we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant both nights which was very convenient.

Pretty much everything! Views were stunning, rooms extremely comfortable, had a great nights sleep every night. Shower was fabulous as well. Breakfast was fantastic, the Mani bread is SO good and is home made by the grandmother I believe. The staff are very friendly and informative. The father and son made us very welcome. This was the second time that we stayed in the guesthouse and we liked it even better than the first time.
Rooms are beautiful with tasteful interiors and very comfortable beds. Rooms well heated.
Nice breakfast served in the room (and eaten on the sunny balcony). Extremely friendly and genuinly welcoming staff.
Wonderful surroundings and perfect location for visiting Mystras and Sparta. Chromata, one of the best restaurants we have experienced in Greece is nearby.

• As described, and also the room was very clean.
• The bathroom was new and no problems with water flow cold/warm etc.

Very nice place to go with 2 young children (1 and 3). The temperature at Zaroukhla is lower than Greece in General. This means you can be out and about the whole day not having to fear that it will be too hot.
