All of the staff were so friendly, nothing was a bother. They went beyond the usual cleaning etc, to folding the bed clothes and my nighty!! We felt very cared for but staff were also very unobtrussive. -

the hotel is wonderfully placed, we got a very nice room with an entrance to a semi private pool. The staff was VERY friendly and attentive. The food was very good as well -

Excellente situation pour cet établissement au centre de la vieille ville de Rhodes mais au calme. Petites chambres (normal intra-muros) mais confortables à la fois en literie et sanitaires. Excellent location right in the heart of Old Town on a quiet street. Jutta arranged for a cab to pick us up at the airport and he guided us right to the door. This is a big deal as places are hard to find! Beautiful, delicious, made to order breakfasts.

Greeting with welcome drinks at the reception was very nice. Free Spa and minibar offer were also kind. We stayed here for 13 days in an "Executive Room" (from 5 till 18 May 2013) and were very satisfied with the "value for money". Apartments was clean and nice, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. Bathrooms are old, but they are clean so we did not mind.

our stay in kos was very good, diamond apartments was one good reason for that. the hotel is located in a peacfull quiet place, 15 minutes walk from the beach, close to bike/scooter rent, local food stores. beautifull pull and relaxing breeze while sitting on the balcony made our pleasent stay. the roud to the beach is full of restorants and small shops.the stuff was very profetional and friendly. everybody knows english very well, at the hotel and all over the island. i would highly recomend

Amazing hotel in a very convenient location in Symi's port. The hotel has been build as a small village where all rooms lead to the main square which the common garden of the hotel. Very clean with spacious room and very friendly staff. From the first floor some of the rooms have views to the village but there is no view to the sea. This is not a problem because the hotel has lovely gardens and in general the environment is very calming. Highly recommended.

Excellent hôtel dans un joil cadre , accueil formidable, de magnifiques piscines. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre grande chambre en duplex et piscine privée: très confortable et toute équipée. La situation parfaite pour visiter l'ile.

The hotel is beautifully located on a hill next to the sea. We had a great spacious family room, with enough room for all our luggage (4) and some more... The main pool is wonderful , we spent hours going to its various parts. Kids pool is also excellent. Staff was nice and friendly. We went for a week and really enjoyed it! -
The staff was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure my family and I are pleased. I want to thank Nikos Sfakianakis, the headwaiter who made sure every night a vegan meal will be prepared especially for me.
The pool view rooms are very nice and I really recommend them since you have a direct access to the pool.

Alex Beach hotel can be recommended for these following reasons : The staff is very kind and professionnal. The boss is there every day which is a good thing. The food is excellent and with a lot of variety of dishes< The beach is cleaned regularly. The hotel is not far from Rhodos city and closed to the airport. For family with small children

Nice location with its own beach, close to airport and Rhodos town but not crowded. Good place for kids with a range of outdoors and indoors activities, two pools. All inclusive is really generous, delicious food. Very good value for money (as a couple with one toddler, we paid € 61/night for a room).
