We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great. The staff in this hotel is INCREDIBLE! Emanuela, Sandy and Maria at the restaurant are ebchanting. But Sofia at the reception can really make your vacation a dream. She spare nothing to make every wish you have a reality. Yorgos is also a most. Always there when you need him. I HIGHLY recommend

Hôtel de bon standing, propre, avec un bon service et un personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Nous avons passer un séjour de 3 jours. Nous avions une chambre correcte avec une belle vue sur la mer. Très charmant.

Très jolie piscine et espace autour. Les petits-déjeuners excellents, avec plusieurs spécialités locales (salé-sucré), différents chaque jour. L'hotel est très bien entretenu , les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Calme et près de plage. -

The beach is a two minute walk and is beautiful. We stayed five nights and is one the highlights of our trip. 100% recommended for a lovely relaxing stay on a beautiful island paradise. -
Everything was perfect. It's a family run business and you are treated like family. They were always very kind, picked us up at the port, drove us to the rent-a-car in the town, offered some local food specialties twice so there were no words to describe the kindness of all. The apartment was great, comfortable and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, so we definitely recommend villa nireas!

The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.

good location, friendly people, nice breakfast easy access to city with bus, restaurant next door too expensive - It was the ideal place to chill out. It was quiet during the day, but in the evening you had the option to stay at the restaurant, had few drinks and socialise.
