Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. The location is off from the main tourist tracks, but allows for exploring the region (parts of walkway E4, Samaria Gorg - It's a very nice hotel, which opened at july 2010. The welnesscenter and the restaurant aren't finished yet, but because of their very high servicelevel you don't miss it. For the staff is every wish an order...That's making your stay at the Lybian Princess more than excellent!! We definitely will return to this lovely hotel.

The hotel was in an amazing location set in a cove, the exterior of the hotel blended into the natural cove scene which was great.
The staff were great very attentive and the pool/ beach was not crowded just right. -

Fantastic resort. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. As people have always been my first priority while travelling I can't
help saying a few words about the staff..
They are very professional, useful, always ready to help and superfriendly. All of them,starting from the reception guys and finishing by our housemaid, did their best to let us feel like at home.
I did regret we were staying only six days It was really sad to leave.

The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all

Very friendly family-run establishment. Owner Manolos was very friendly and helpful. Food in Taverna Kastro was of excellent quality. Especially liked Manolos's 'special local wine' of which he gave me a bottle to bring home. Would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Panormos. -
