  This is a hotel for the no-nonsense traveler that wants to spend his time visiting the wonders of Athens. Location is one of the best in Athens for visiting everything Staff is very nice and helpful, 24h/day. It's easy to get to the hotel from the airport - you just need to get X95 bus and get the latest station, whole jorney will take about 45 minutes and 5 euro. Breakfast room with the view was not exaggerated, it is awesome. Perfect, and we had great weather so were able to sit outside.   The Central Hotel is very well situated in Athens in the Plaka, with a view of the Acropolis from our room, but also within a few short blocks of the main Athens shopping districts. We took x95 from the airport but it stopped pretty far from the square and we walked about 1.5km with 4 luggages! I would recommend taking a metro or ask hotel to book a transfer: €40 one way. Staff: very friendly and helpful. We flew to Santorini after check-out and we could stored the luggages at the hotel for 2 days. Clean. It has free wifi and a roof top bar with a go

  Recommended: this hotel looks renovated fresh and pleasant. Bed had a good mattress - firm but not too firm. Bathroom is equipped with a modern spacious shower providing a good bath experience. Located just 2 minutes walk from an ar - We stayed here for one night when we arrived very early in the morning after getting in from Heathrow. The flight arrived at 3.10am and we didn't get to the hotel until at least 4am. However, on our arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us sleep in past check out time and in the morning were able to give us useful directions to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern. We would recommend this place and definitely go back.

  The hotel is situated in an old part of Athens called the Plaka. It is right by the Accropolis and Hadrians Gate. Very central within walking distance to the center of town. 5 minutes from the Metro. There are shops and restaurants close by and an excellent old town square. There are two PCs in the lobby and genrally really good value for money. He may have sparked a new friendship/colleague :) I would recommend Adam's Hotel.

  We arrived really late after an evening flight and were really happy that this hotel was so easy to find - even in the dark! Only a couple of minutes from Monasteraki underground station in the plaka area which is lively on a night and feels pretty safe : ) the room was clean and simple, and also had a balcony with an excellent view of the acropol... ce que les gens disent » is... Very comfortable and clean room.Good location in the centre of the city, just a few minutes walk to the metro, the eymos (main street),the acropolis and the bus stop for X95 to the airport. Easy to find and safe surrounds. I've booked a simple room. Good price.
