  Everything about the hotel was excellent. Location, easily top 5 best views in the world. The infinity pool with the Caldera and Volcano behind is simply breathtaking. All of the staff were fantastic. Helpful, polite, they did everything they could to make us feel like royalty.   The staff at the Phillipion were fantastic! Great service from everyone from the front desk,pool/bar staff to the cleaning staff. Nothing was a problem and any questions or problems were dealt with quickly. Breakfast was included and had a great selection and choice. Front area rooftop has perfect sunset views without going to the exorbitant Oia. Awesome pool. Delicios breakfast. Free pickup. We cannot recommend highly enough.

The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. She guided us to restaurants, orchestrated a last-second scooter rental, and gave us specific directions to little hidden gems on Santorini. Amazing sunset and village - The Theoxenia was perfect, a great location and very helpful staff. Each morning a delicious breakfast was brought to our balcony. The staff was extremely accommodating, we had an early flight the last day and they were nice enough to make up a special breakfast tray the night before. They were also helpful in arranging tours and giving ideas of restaurants and things to do while in Santorini.
