  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  wow, quel accueil. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et contribue à rendre notre séjour à Santorin des plus agréable. Il a pris le temps de nous expliquer tout ce qu'il y avait sur l'ile en fonction de la durée de notre séjour. L'hotel est à 10 minutes de marches du centre-ville ce qui permet de sortir de la cohue des touristes.   The staff members are very courteous and hospitable. Mario in particular works hard to make sure that guests settle in well and that we have info about where and how to go places including good reasonable places for dinner. The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates.   This place exceeded our expectations 2nd to none , was so impress how the owner play there role in making our holiday in Santorini a memorable one. The hotel is lovely so close to the place we want to go but not too close to the noisy tourist. I would like to express our thanks to the owner who is very friendly accommodating in every ways they are always there to help. W - Caterine the host is amazing, treated us as a member of her family and helped us with everything, specially with the changes made on last minute with our ferry because of weather conditions. She and her husband run with us to catch the ferry to Athens on time. Really appreciated it, I will not get it sorted without your help. We had a great and pleasure stay there, the apartment was great, comfortable bed, hot shower, wi-fi, and an delicious, fresh and full breakfast! Amazing!!! It's a bit hard

Also the hotel was ideally situated for out of town excursions. 30 metres to our scooter and the main road out of the tourist hub. Staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. The hotel had many different tucked away patios and seating - Lava Suites & Lounge was the best hotel during my travel alone in Greece. I love everything there. Don't mention the location, amazing view you can see from the room and the terrace, the room facilities and decoration, the welcome wine and fruits. All staff there are nice and very helpful, especially Rigas, he is really professional, arranged a every just perfect.
