Location was perfect!! The room facilities were also a lot better than what I had expected for the price. Bathroom was very modern and room was clean and tidy.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel - the owner was amazing - very willing to help and easygoing. The rooms varied so make sure that you know what you're booking - the one we ended up in was great, very quiet, clean and a good size with a great balcony. It's not luxury but it's a good choice if you're on a budget but don't want to negotiate on quality.
Not all the rooms are the same quality so make sure you ask when you book that you are getting the one you want (balcony etc)

Superb location and a great value for money. Loved having a supermarket nearby as we were able to cook our own breakfast and sometimes dinner (there was a kitchen in the room) The staffs are very friendly and speak good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
The shower facility was open to the rest of the bathroom with just a shower curtain separating the two, so every time I took a shower the whole place got wet. But I guess that's how the bathrooms are designed over there?
Very nice hotel and conveniently located to Fira. Beautiful view of the island from the rooms and the sunset/caldera view was only a 2-3 minute walk up the hill. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for a better hotel at this price!

Very accommodative. Took care of transportation from port to airport. Very friendly and responsive. Would stay there again. Excellent for kids. Convenient location. Made you feel welcome. Close to everything, so if you have kids and don't have to have the perfect view, it is great.
Does not have the view of the very expensive rentals, but that would be expected for price. Beds were kind of hard, but kitchenette and fridge are worth the trade. Small bathroom.

Bottom floor rooms right off of Swimming pool....steps from sunbathers(not appealing). Furniture a bit dated. Some higher floor rooms havebeen renovated....try for those!
Very good location, friendly and helpful staff.
Some points to improve: The shower curtain was too long and so was dirty at the bottom... The 2nd room for late check - out was too expensive for the few ours we used it. This points are just to make clients happier. Even though, the hotel is very good. We definetly reccomend it!
Nice appartment. Good location close to town and the bus station. Reasonable price.
Transfer to the hotel was a problem at both arrival and departure, while this went very smoothly at another appartment on Santorini. Apart from that, it was a good place to stay.

What they call superior room is a cave with lots of dust and dirt.
