Very good place to stay for visiting all Rhodes island or only Faliraki, if you are coming exceptionally for crazy party. Location place- very good, I presume specialy in high season if you don`t want to listen the sounds from the bars and clubs every night. The Kouros it's simply amazing!!!....Amazing structure and amazing people, like George, Maria and the whole staff that will make you feel at home in an exquisite and brand-new structure. The family could not do enough, very pleasant and friendly and the restaurant does fresh greek specialities, which i tried and enjoyed. The hotel is in a good location as it is about 5 min walk to the main strip of faliraki, which means you have the best of both worlds. The beach in another direction is also a 5 min walk. L'acceuil tres chaleureux le patron Michel et tout le personnel est très sympathique, soucieux de savoir si votre séjour se deroule bien, donne les bonnes adresses resto visites ect. Nice friendly owners and staff. Daily cleaning and change of linen and towels, this is not typical for many other apartments. Breakfast is sufficient. The location of the hotel is quiet, but near the road and the bus stop. It features a large convenient parking. No insects or ants in the room. The beach is quite far for walking, it is better to go by car. To the nearest cafes, discos and restaurants about 12 minutes pleasant walk, but their noise does not reach the hotel. The hotel was lovely, ( new design, comfortable and spacious ). We had all facillities, the room was clean, ( everyday cleanning ). Staff were very nice and helpfull, the hotel has good location, near the centre of town and 10 minutes to the main beach. -

The staff of the hotel was the nicest family we have ever met. The lady brought us delicious fruit and was alway curious what we had done and if we felt ok. The value of our stay was worth more than money we paid. It was clean and had everything that we needed. We wish all the hotels/hostels looked like this! Thank you!!! -

Pool area was nice and the beach was just at 5 mins walking distance. Beach area was really good. Distance from Faliraki restaurants, bars and discos was good: not too close and not too far. First bars were only few hundres meters away and the centre was maybe 1km away.
Recommend for people travelling without kids, maybe. Very good budget choice!

This is a rare gem, an inexpensive hotel with a 5 star service.
The staff is excellent, always at hand and willing to go out of their way to help arrange car rentals etc.
The pool area is nice and clean, and never too crowded.
The location is great, a little away from the noise of town but only 5-7 min walk to the beach.

the location of the hotel is excellent. it is very close to the city beach and close to a few bus stops that take you to the most famous and beautiful beaches. room was perfectly clean, with the new towels every day and two new bed sheets in a week. air conditioning worked great. -

le cadre est très agréable, le personnel disponible et poli.
assez proche du centre de la ville. les différents petits restaurants permettent de varier les repas. le all in est tout à fait correct. Nous n'avions pas d'enfant avec nous mais les enfants sont les bienvenus dans cet hôtel. beaucoup de familles avec enfants.
