  The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and the pool areas, bar and restaurant are adjacent to the sea with great views of the area. It is well located to supermarkets and other restaurants and is either a short car or bus ride to the main centre of Chania. The staff could not have been more helpful and even advised of traditional local restaurants and checked to see - The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

  Apartments were very good size, and cleaned daily. The pool area,bar and gardens were well looked after. The Sun City Hotel was a great choice: clean, comfortable, near beautiful beaches, only 10 minutes from the city center (by car), 2 supermarkets in the same road. The manager told me the day of my arrival that everyone within the hotel was a big family, and it was true.   Staff, breakfasts, pool were all excellent. - Friendly atmosphere, nice hosts and very picturesque and nice facility as well as good beaches, not large ones but on our opinion better than others we saw around Crete shore
