Great choice! The rooms were big, clean and the area was perfect.
Located in the heart of Chania, close to everything, and in the same
time we had room in backyard side, so you don't have to worry about
the noise. Two persons got the room for four, without any special
charges, so we fel really comfortable there. The bathroom is clean,
fridge is also in the room. Free towels. No extra charge for air-
conditioning. No problem with later check-out and leaving your luggage

The room I was greeted with was clean, functional, had a private bathroom, 24 hour hot running water, free wi-fi, a tv, warm air conditioning and there is the added bonus of a roof terrace! Kydonia Rooms is definitely good value for money. The owner, Vangelis speaks fluent English, and is very obliging. You only have to ask and he will do everything in his power to help - this is the Cretan culture!
I also found the location to be very central for food, sightseeing, shopping and public transpo.
Самое приятное - расположение на полпути от автобусной станции (10 мин) к морю. Здание стоит на торговой улице - сувениры, одежда, аптеки, - до рыбных ресторанов на набережной 5 мин. У нас был номер с окнами во двор, так что было тихо и спокойно. Сам номер - минимум комфорта за минимум денег, ремонта давно не было, но чистота безупречная.
locatioan is perfect ine the old center 2 steps to the port, to cafes, few steps to the beach! the staff is very helpful).

В здании нет лифта, только старая скрипучая лестница. (Но всего лишь второй этаж.) Номер довольно обшарпанный, о каком-либо дизайне говорить не приходится, хороши только деревянные ставни. Необщительный и не особо приветливый хозяин.
Old reception and windows but generaly ok. Parking not easy. A little internal renovation would make it more cozy.
It didn't match at all with what was described on the website. Wo
got a 5 m2 room which is not the standard! And with a bed only. It
looked like a large closet. The entrance of the hotel was not welcoming.
