The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates. The personnel is the real treasure of it. Saying friendly atmospere is saying wrong. Here you can feel a family care of you. There are mothers, brothers, sisters arond you willing to help. Living in such a comfort for 6 nights brought a great rest to my body and mind. Thank you guys: owners, receptionists, restaraunt staff , maids and other personnel. The hotel is not big, calm and very cosy with two pools. The one with Jacuzzi is in the shade

  The staff at Rocabella was amazing . They responded to any request we had within 5 minutes . The scenery is beautiful . The food was also very good. - Very good and supportive staff. Nice location, not far from city, but far enough for relaxing atmosphere. Amazing view and food.

The most impresive thing is the owner of the hotel has a very power network on car renting, ticket ordering and everything you need. Was given choice of rooms upon arrival. Staff were amazing, hospitable and extremely accommodating. Great location in Kamari, less than one min walk to the beach. Hotel very clean and rooms very spacious. Lovely breakfast daily and good selection of foods. Great restaurants very close by. Would definitely visit Anassa again. Gym very well equipped. Amazing stay, we were made to feel very special. Would recommend for couples definitely.

  Emplacement - The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was HUGE, espcially for the price. - I appreciated the spaciousness and good taste in the art and furnishings. It was lovely, laid back, quite elegant in fact. I would happily return.
