  Hostel was a little quiet. Stayed in the 12 male dorm but only had 2 other guys there so the toilets were fine. If it were full it might be a big queue for the toilet as there is only one shower and one sink. Other than that atmosphere was great. Had a pool with lounge chairs and a bar with music playing every night. If only there were more people... ce que les gens disent » around. Location is great too. Not too far a walk away from the city centre. - Nice location, really close to the center, nice staff, dorm room with air conditioner, big pool, clean. They willing to pick you up from the port, even you just stay 1 night in the dorm room :)

  Nous avions pris une chambre. Ce que nous avons apprécié sont sa proximité du centre et de la gare routière, sa piscine (!!!vu que les plages sont loin). L'accueil est très bien, super sympa pour régler un problème de bateau Ils sont venus nous chercher au port - La piscine sans aucun doute! Le personnel prêt à nous aider! L'emplacement, mais... ce que les gens disent » attention la pente pour se rendre au centre devient un peu moins attrayante après quelques jours! Air climatisé fonctionnel

  The staff were very polite, happy and always willing to help. upon arrival we were upgraded to a superior suite for free and we had an amazing view of the ocean and island. If we had any questions about transport, local attractions and things to do then they would organise everything for us which made our stay so much easier. Pool area is really nice and relaxing and t - Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks the famous 'caldera view' (yet these views are available at less than 5 minutes walking distance) which saves a huge amount on the room rates.   The staff at Rocabella was amazing . They responded to any request we had within 5 minutes . The scenery is beautiful . The food was also very good. - Very good and supportive staff. Nice location, not far from city, but far enough for relaxing atmosphere. Amazing view and food.
