This was a very comfortable and quiet hotel, even though there was a 350 guest wedding party going on that evening. Mr. Dimitri and Mr. George suggested our room be on the opposite side from the pool so that it would be quiet. They were correct and most thoughtful. - The staff was perfect.

The location of the hotel...it was situated right beside the beach, with tables actually on the sand. Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was amazing. would definitely stay there again. -

The main focus is the new pool which is immaculate and has plenty of wooden sun loungers and a pool bar.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast descent (but noting special) the hotel has a nice pool, comfortable beds and is in close proximity to the airport. Great place to stay if you want to spend a day before/after going to the airport, or even longer if you just want to relax by the pool.

If you are not picky, that's the place for you in the Thessaloniki area, especially, if you travel by car. This family-run business satisfied all our needs offering for the decent price the quiet beach within hands reach...just across from the hotel's garden. In Hotel Diakonia you get what you paid for. It is very decent 3* hotel, so don't expect breathtaking sea-view or fancy breakfast. It is conventiently located: 15 minutes drive from the center, 10 minutes drive from IKEA and near Ring road. Yet, hotel is in peacefull location, so you don't hear traffic noise. Staff is VERY polite and helpfull. -

The hotel is in a quiet area, away from city's crowd and noise. I'm not sure how to go to down town if you don't have a car. We had one and it was easy to go around. Room was big enuogh for a family with one kid. It was clean. Bathroom stuff was adequate. We stayed in mountain side so didn't benefit the city view. But our view was nice as well. St

The hotel is in a quiet area, away from city's crowd and noise.
If you have a car you can go to down town in 15 minutes otherwise by bus no 58 (the bus stop is 200 m from the hotel) takes 40 minutes.
Room was big enough, it was clean and bathroom stuff was adequate.
Staff was very helpful and suggested a nice restaurant when we asked. Internet was free and worked well.

The restaurant offers a superb panoramic view : you can have the magic experience of lunch or dinner on the terrace looking down on the whole city with the sea in the background for a very reasonable price.

Every thing was perfect. The staff was very helpful, pleasant. They allowed me to stay 2 hours more before checking out. They were helping for everything. Buffet breakfast was excellent, copious. The view from the balcony at the 6st floor is superb, the restaurant up there is in a beautiful surrounding, trees, every thing with great harmony.
