  The location was perfect for travelers looking for an authentic Greek island experience. You are on the edge of town in a slightly rustic setting. However, you are only 300 meters from the beaches and the main shopping area / restaurants. The manager helped arrange my car rental and planned out the best routes/sites t - Incredibly friendly, welcoming and generous. Our 1st night on holiday on a one night stop. Arrived late after delay, welcomed with drinks, snacks, even delicious kebabs they had from their own family bbq. Nice breakfast, when we had to run to catch boat and couldn't wait for the fruit course insisted on reducing the, already modest, bill. Lovely people, great atmosphere. Family room huge. A c worked, more than we could say for other far more expensive places later in the trip.

  Very much a family run hotel, with friendly staff, excellent food and ideal for a base to get around Kos island.   It was wonderful time with family in Kos. So friendly helpfull owners- if you have any question, need recomendation about island, beach, taverna, car rental and etc- they help any time. It were so clean- change every 2 days towels and beds; so nice garden with flowers. The breakfast- it was awesome...different cakes- and sweet, and not with olives, feta and etc.. - The Kos Island Studios are immaculately mantained with beautiful gardens. There are 8 apartments and the business is family run. The owners cannot could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast is superb with a lot of variety to chose from each morning (bacon / village sausages / even home baked cakes). The apartments are spotless, cleaned thoroughly every other day and include fast WI-FI and satellite TV. The apartments are well appointed, have nice furniture and even hand wash cre
