  It was a good location just off the main road so quiet but very close to shops (there was also a park with small lake just around the corner).   Price! Also right on same UBahn line as Templehof where we were at a conference and on same line as Tegel UBahn. All necessary shopping nearby. Nice people working there, most helpful and kind.
