  Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony overlooking the Rhine, which was perfect for us to sit and watch the boats go by. The room was well equipped, very clean, with even a hospitality tray - rare outside the uk. There was also free WiFi which was a nice bonus. We were lucky finding a parking place right outside t - We liked everything about the Hotel, owner and his team. Even though the Rhine had flooded the front of the Hotel and gardens it did not stop the Owner and the staff from running it well even though they were keeping back the Rhine . I should also mention that the owner speaks perfect english and had an interesting conversation with him covering various subjects in depth.   I was really impressed with this hotel, considering the price, and that it was at a rest stop! Super clean, comfortable, quiet room with a nice balcony and view. It was handy having the 24 hr restaurant an store adjacent, for those midnight cravings! Play area for the kids was appreciated, as well. Room even had an A/C unit, which is hard to f... ce que les gens disent » ind in Europe! - We stayed in a family room with two single beds joined together and two bunk beds for the kids.The size of the room was great and so was the bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.Everything looked brand new and was very clean. We had a Samsung tv and air conditioning. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  The excellent breakfast and friendliness of the proprietor - Location was convenient to the centre of the town and river and beside the Roman ruins. Rooms were small but attactive.

  Location fabulous. Close to all amenities of train, ferry or car travel and onsite restaurant/wine garden. Hosts were great. Went out of their way to make our stay a good experience. Attended with promptness to my husbands Celiac disease and supplied the breakfeast with gluten free products. The owner gave us great directions to get around the floods.

  The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. They were extremely attentive towards our dog. She got treats and water and was allowed to run around the fenced in garden. It was my birthday and they remembered and congratulated me. They made the day very special. We even cane back from Boppard on the day we had left the room, to eat there again, it was so tasty and great value for money. - Very friendly owner. Great restaurant with a view of castles and river. We had two rooms on separate floors. One was facing the front with great river and castle views. Second room was facing side, had balcony but you could still see the castles and river. Although the rooms were a little small, they were cosy, clean, and beds were comfy. Oh, and loved the little packs of gummy bears each night on the pillow.
