  I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Im Schulhaus. Even though it was more expensive than my other nights on the track in Kaub and Sankt Goarshausen, it was much more well-appointed as well. I had a room with a patio and lounge chairs, which was perfect after a long day of hiking on the Rheinsteig.   Lovely hotel, very nice terasse, full of flowers and extremely clean, located on the banks of hte Rhine. The staff were very friendly, we had arrived later in the evening, but they had waited for us. The resstaurant is quite high-class, and amazing decorations. We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by the owners who run the hotel like a luxurious home. They spoiled us all the time: I was cold and she gave me some pills for flu; when we went way, in the morning, the owners even gave us valuable tips for the car rides. The hotel has a restaurant by the River Rhine which is very charming.

  Very nice surroundings even if it is in a city environment - its like a countryside hotel in a small "oasis" of a smaller town - Quiet location. Adequate parking. We arrived early, but received friendly reception and had very short wait for room.

  Very pleasant and nicely decorated flat with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is brand new with excellent Internet connection and large flat TV screens. We also appreciated the nice welcome and the impressive breakfast. Very close to the city center with Heidelberg only 20 mn away by the motorway.
