  We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms and a large family room with a small kitchen. The rooms were private with their own doors. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The owners were very helpful with directions and general questions. The hotel is close to the train station. Laundry is available at nearby Mittenwald. They are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide choice and plentiful. I would use this guesthouse again and would recommend it.

The entire reservation was handled professionally and efficiently and we were delighted with the room, menu and decor. The hotel is beautiful, with the most fantastic view of the lake.   This was a first class hotel. The room was beautifully decorated but a bit dimly lit. Everything was very clean. Breakfasts were outstanding--one could order freshly fried eggs, omelettes, bacon etc. the buffet featured lots of meat, cheeses, breads and fresh fruit.
