  L'hotel est jolie, très calme et le personnel agréable et professionnel. La chambre était propre,avec une petite kitchenette, stores aux fenêtres et doubles rideaux.Petit déjeuner avec un large choix et service jusqu'à 11h. L'hotel n'est pas très loin du centre (la gare centrale), on accède à la gare centrale en 10 minutes en bus (arrêt du bus à 3 ... ce que les gens disent » minutes à pieds de l'hotel). - Pour un prix aussi bas pour un 4 étoile, on ne s'attendait pas à des miracles. Plus grand donc a été la surprise a l'arrivée ! Une cuisine toute équipée dans une chambre spacieuse et confortable digne d'un vrai 4 étoile, pour le prix d'un 2 étoiles... Malheureusement, le prix ne doit pas être le même hors été !

  We are on a 12 week cycle holiday and booked this hotel for 2 nights to rest and enjoy the thermal pools. We only have positive comments to make, from our greeting on arrival, the comfort of the room and the exceptional breakfasts.   We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Das Tergernsee and had a wonderful time.   The rooms were very big and clean! The view from the balcony with flowers, was great: the clear lake below (in which we swum several times) and the mountains behind it! The hotel was between the green hills, we made nice walks: saw cows, sheep, horses, lovely farms. different kind of birds of prey, dears and even a ermine! The breakfast was f - The staff was very friendly. We had reserved two one-bed rooms, and were upgraded to lovely spacious rooms with incredible views of the castles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. I would love to come back to see the new facilities as well, although I hope it is as quaint as this older building is!
