  Very good, clean, warm and good-equipped apartments. No noise from the street when windows are closed. Kitchinette is small (just part of the room, but well-equipped. There are plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Comfortable beds. Small private free parking in the back side of the house. Free good wi-fi.   Highly recommended!! A gorgeous guesthouse where all you hear is the close running stream and the birds. We stayed in a large clean and comfortable room. The included breakfast was amazing- big, variety and tasty. The owner/ host was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here instead of Freiburg to explore the Black Forest and it was a great base (... ce que les gens disent » especially as our host arranged a 2.60euro all day unlimited travel pass for us). - It is an excellent place on many points of view: location (in the centre and near the baths), cleanliness, very friendly staff and a very good continental breakfast. I have slept very well in the bed, the room was very clean. For what concerns the availability of the rooms, a strong advice from the staff: give a phone call to them also when the Gästehaus Sparenberg appears fully booked. Excellent value for money!!!
