  Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

  We had a problem with our room (it was smelling smoke) and people from reception had a quick and nice reaction, they changed our room, thing that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch (muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread). This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...). Well located... ce que les gens disent » (5/10 min from Museum Island, 10 min from Alex / Postadamer platz by Ubahn+walk, 20 min by walking from Brandenburg Tor). - The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

  Propreté impeccable. Gentillesse du personnel, surtout un Guadeloupéen à la réception. Déjeuners type buffets chauds et froids absolument parfaits. - La salle des petits déjeuners est bien avec des couleurs très mode.
