  Location was excellent, a few steps from the subway (U-Bahn) as well as many restaurants, bars, local shops, etc... we felt like locals in the apt. Marienplatz is also a few minutes walking. Apartment was clean with good facilities we didn't use the kitchenette but it looked really well equipped. It works because of number codes and mobile phone. When you call, the person you are speaking to is very friendly and helpful. The self service equipment is ok. Budget friendliness compared to other hotels in Munich. In other German Cities, like for example Frankfort, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, the price would be much to high.

  The hotel liked the fact that it is in the center, but in a very quiet place. Like the design of interior. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. - The hotel is in a really quite small street in the city centre. The room are big and the stuff really friendly.

It is located very near the Hofbrauhaus (and other eating & drinking places such as Augustiner and Hard Rock), which are all very easy to walk to. Also, it is only a 3-5 minute walk to Marienplatz (which is another good location). Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

La chambre était propre,avec une petite kitchenette, stores aux fenêtres et doubles rideaux.Petit déjeuner avec un large choix et service jusqu'à 11h. L'hotel n'est pas très loin du centre (la gare centrale), on accède à la gare centrale en 10 minutes en bus (arrêt du bus à 3 ... ce que les gens disent » minutes à pieds de l'hotel). - Pour un prix aussi bas pour un 4 étoile, on ne s'attendait pas à des miracles. Plus grand donc a été la surprise a l'arrivée ! Une cuisine toute équipée dans une chambre spacieuse et confortable digne d'un vrai 4 étoile, pour le prix d'un 2 étoiles... Malheureusement, le prix ne doit pas être le même hors été !
