Le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait bon. Les propriétaires d'une grande gentillesse.   Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all.   La situation géographique: à deux pas du U-bahn, à deux arrêts d'Alexanderplatz (ce chemin est même faisable à pied, environ 20min de marche). Bien équipé. L'agence s'occupant de l'appartement est très arrangeante pour les horaires de remise des clés. - The location was good. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.
