  I found it all very good,Room clean, large(we had the basic room), good flatscreen. Beds were good, shower good , I could go on but realy we had nothing to conplain. The view from the room was funny, we could see Man At Work in an office. In previous evaluations someone complained about the breakfast but I found the breakfast very good. Car park was great(10 euro/day) - The hotel itself is excellent - nice design, full sound proofing in spite of Reeperbahn next to the hotel building. 3 minutes to the U-bahn. Taxi comes in a few min. Rich breakfast in The dancing towers with salmon and champagne. Free apples in the rooms and at the reception. Good wireless internet for free. SPA and beauty centre for those who wants (we didn't use it). The lobby with a bar looks rather glamourous, like in Bond movies. The price was very nice for a **** hotel.

  As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel. The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe. The bedroom section was roomy enough to accommodate both my manual wheelchair and my larger outdoor scooter. And the staff were friendly, courteous and prof - The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel is in an attractive neighborhood and right opposite the Hallerstrasse subway station, which is one stop from the Dammtor regional train station (much nicer than the Hauptbahnhof main station in Hamburg). One can easily walk to Dammtor. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast, for an extra fee of 10 Eu - 100% friendly and helpful staff. The location is the best - close to the metro station, a supermarket, multiple cafes and restaurants around. Wi Fi working fast and really everywhere at the hotel. A complimentary glass of wine upon arrival was a nice surprise.

  Location is really great to overview the harbor. And it is in the left edge of old city district, so you have the chance to get closer to the interesting thing in the west (because some people they prefer east) - I liked the convenience an locality of the hostel.
