Nice staff, (they are really keen on making people arrive early. If you want to arrive late, you must inform them to avoid problems).
The breakfast was great, the room small but cozy, and the location very good. -

This hotel is only a short walk from the station and is easy to find. The rooms are fresh and very clean and the beds are really comfortable. Hairdryers, towels and toiletries are provided and there was a little bag of Haribo left on each bed for us. The kitchenette is perfectly adequate, with a two ring hob, worktop and fridge. - Great location, just few minutes walk from downtown and main rail station.
- Very kind and helpful stuff and wonderful atmosphere downstairs, where there's an irish pub.
- Understanding stuff, last day we came down late to take breakfast, and they let us go in and eat anyways.
- Late check out at 12. Very clean room. Really an awesome accommodation, will come back there!

Staff was very helpful, room had a small sitting area plus a small
balcony with table and 2 chairs, and all was very clean. The city of
Konstanz provides free bus passes. To get them, show your passport and
fill in a form with the hotel staff. Breakfast is available for an
additional 8 euros per person. It had hot eggs and potatoes on the
weekend,

We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was fantastic. It's outside of the main city area, but you get a free bus pass for the 10 minute ride downtown if you stay more than 2 nights. It's nice to be in a quieter area and right on the lake, which you don't get in the city center. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.
