Walking distance to many sites and conveniently near shopping mall with supermarkets, take out food but also many restaurants. Comments of earlier guests mentioned expensive parking. However it only costs 5 Euro per day as the information from the hotel states, you just need to arrange it with the owner.

Very modern and new, bathroom was spotless (probably one of the best I've ever stayed in), however unfortunately the floor was filthy. So much dust that any clothes dropped were covered. Good location, close to all areas when hiring a bike.

very nice hotel. great location - easy access by foot, bike, metro, car. Good breakfast - a bit expensive if you consider feeding the whole family :-) Only rated "good" for comfort because of the constraction which is currently is going on in a backyard. -

We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. The location was very close to the U-bahn station and supermarkets for getting food for the apartment. The area is very quiet at night and we saw no trouble.I would highly recommend staying with City Rentals for value for money. I will be choosing them again on my next trip to Berlin next year! -
