  Good city location slightly off centre. U-Bahn station only a few minutes walk away. Staff are very friendly & helpful. I stayed in a newly refurbished room which was very nice. Breakfast was extra but worth it - good value for money. A new on-site hotel bar. Lifts to all floors. English widely spoken if required. I was on the ground floor in the section of the hotel that was only accessible via a quick walk through the hotel's parking area, but therefore the room was QUIET. No noise from the train outside the front. The room also felt newly renovated.

  Nous avons apprecié presque tout: la situation, juste à côté de la Hauptbanhof, permet de se rendre vite partout dans la ville. La propreté. L'ambience, très cordiale et sympa, on y trouve surtout des jeunes, mais aussi des familles et de gens plus âgés. Les chambres privées à deux sont très grandes et très bien décorées, télé à écran plat, salle ... ce que les gens disent » de bain très propre. Le personnel était très agréable. On peut louer des vélos par 12 euros/24h. On y retournera. - Sa proximité de la gare. Sa cuisine+ frigo (bien que certaines personnes ne prennent pas la peine de nettoyer et quand la salle de restauration est pleine, la cuisine est remplie, et il n'est plus possible d'y préparer son petit déj.)

I also realized I was minutes - As noted, the rooms are small; however, they are well designed in that there are nooks and crannies as well as hooks that help keep everything organized and handy. The location is excellent, around the corner from the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station. There are eateries near the station--a bakery, konditorei and bierstube restaurant.
