Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It had a large window with garden outlook but shaded from sun. There were two comfortable (but not easy) chairs.

The staff was very friendly and personable. They know the city and were confident in giving directions or making recommendations of things to see. All staff members spoke English, which was very helpful.

Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious,
however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we
could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money
especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn
stops close by. Would recommend -

The staff was very kind, she they waited for us and explained some tips and POI of Hamburg, very kind and helpfully staff. the room was good and clean, also comes with a kitchen.
