I had to find a hotel urgently and I found this one, so I paid less money with the "last minute deal" and I loved the hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, very quiet location, which came as a surprise, given the busy street address (but it is in the 2nd backyard - no noise ets through to there).
Good and diverse breakfast. All in all highly recommended for the no-frills budget traveller.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed, although a small microwave oven would have been nice. Also, the manager checked us in late in the evening, and he was very friendly and helpful about how to get around Berlin to see the sites. - Good organised. Good place for a cheap stay.

The location was awesome. The bus stop was only a 1 minute walk, plenty of restaurants to choose from, an Aldi and bakery across the street. I would recommend this apartment only for adults 2 person max. -

The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated.
It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities.
