  We were 3 adult friends spending a weekend in Berlin together. The apartment was great for us. The interior was well planned out and the location was perfect for us- only 4 minutes to the efficient underground for access to all areas of Berlin. Yvonne was absolutely brilliant. She was friendly and very very helpful. Very nice staff, nice comfy room and a small kirchenette. Good supermarkets a few hundred meters from the hotel. Ubahn and bus within 6 min walking. 20minuteswalk to Tresor Club or in an other direction Wild at Heart for some Rock. If you want to walk to Brandenburger Tor its about 30 min. The kebap at Princenstrasse ubahn is super!!

  The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer!   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin.   We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. We really loved the little balcony for our evening glass of vino. - Location was handy, being very near to the main train station with underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the indoor swimming pool.
