loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. 5mins walk to the main train station to link to any destination in the city. Lots of restaurant and shops in the vicinity.
Get the hotel to book a ticket for a football match through email prior to my arrival and the hotel help me out on this. In the end, the tickets were given free complimentar

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so
cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area.
Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our
daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to
move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which
doesn't usually happen

My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The
Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money.
The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well
appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and
varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of
one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and
courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff

The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

C'est un hôtel très bien placé (à pied, le centre est largement accessible), très confortable avec un personnel (particulièrement à la réception) très compétent - L'hôtel est très bien situé (proche des magasins, des boîtes de nuit et du marché de Noël) et le personnel est très sympa!
