  It was awesome to be in the hotel... Really nice atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, all services. I was in an individual room and after I moved in a shared room and both were good. The localization was perfect - preuzaler berguer- east side area with nice shops and bars and one station from Alexanderplatz... I really like the fact that even sharing the room with other people we could have some privacy and space, having beds with courtines and drawres were we can lock our stuff.   The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.
