  Fantastic value for money hotel/hostel in a great location. The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The toilet was faulty but fixed almost immediately.   As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel. The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe. The bedroom section was roomy enough to accommodate both my manual wheelchair and my larger outdoor scooter. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

  Friendly staff on reception. Perfect location and rooms for a group of 7 young lads. If you're after luxury this isn't it but for convenience it is perfect. Definitely recommend it for groups of lads - Very cheap, girl at the reception very friendly and helpful !

  i can not say enough good things about Peter and Ben... so helpful! the place looks amazing and really encapsulates an old brothel feel.. it's kitsch, tacky and has some amazing pictures and features. excellent location. totally worth paying a bit extra to stay there for the real hamburg experience.. and please take Bens advice on where to go.. he... ce que les gens disent » knows his stuff! - Staff were excellent, gave me and my friend countless bits of invaluable advice.
