Excellent location practically beside the Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the apartment didn't have any features that were not kid friendly like sharp cornered tables, lots of trinkets etc.. We had three children under age four and it went smoothly. They loved looking out the window at all the action outside. The supply of free coffee and a bottle of beer was a nice touch too. There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

My room had the best air-conditioning. It was very hot and humid in Koeln but I slept very well. Breakfast was good on the whole. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Location is superb right in the Hauptbahnhof.

We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

This is a great apartment right in the center. It has got everything a traveller will need, it's fully equipped. It's really conveniently located - all the city attractions are nearby. Very friendly staff too! Highly recommended!
