staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so
cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area.
Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our
daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to
move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which
doesn't usually happen

Hotel easy even with our suitcases. -
My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The
Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money.
The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well
appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and
varied. The location was excellent. I would like to mention the name of
one Ms.Julia at the Reception who was particularly helpful and
courteous,though this does not take away from the fact that your staff
is excelle
