Staff at reception were most welcoming. We arrived at 11.00 am and were very surprised and pleased to be given our room immediately.The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas and the little Nikolaus treats on December 6 were lovely. - Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.
