Pfefferbett is a really cool hostel that's been recently renovated.
It's modern and clean and has a range of excellent facilities.
Luggage storage is handy and the buffet breakfast for €6.50 is great
value and has good variety. Room with private bathroom was really nice

24h reception with really helpful staff.
Fairly big secure locker included in the price, each bed has a light and electricity socket, my room had a private bathroom too even if not specified in the booking, not sure if all rooms have it.

The staff was great! They all were really nice, helpful and friendly. Special thanks and praises go to Damian. Also, rooms, showers, toilets were very clean & nice. My friend and I really enjoyed the stay!

It takes 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Not that far away with convenient locaiton. The staff are really nice!!! They answer my question in detailed and gave suggestion on my route. I am girl travelling alone and I stayed in a 8 person mixed dorm. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

The location is very handy. We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. Loads of places you can walk to, U-Bahn just down the road and Freidrichstrasse station very nearby also.

I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced.
The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer.
The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room.
I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does.
The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

The staff were very friendly, they helped us upon arrival. The Place were quite and as they don't have many rooms we didn't se so many other guests. We probably got the best room, right at the toilet and reception. The hostel were close to the metrostation -

L'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel, la proximité avec différents endroitstouristiques et sa localisation très centrale, la facilité d'accès parles transports en commun. L'ambiance très jeune. We booked a double room and own a room for 3 people (One double bed and one single bed).
The flat is very big and there is no other guests. Literally, we own the whole flat with two shower rooms.
